If you have forgotten your password, go to the login page on the Active8me app (by clicking ‘Login’ and then click ‘Forgot Password’.
You will be prompted to enter your email and it will inform you if it is your registered email address, in which case you can try again until you find the one you used. If the email you enter has been registered, the system will email you a new password. Check your junk mail if you don’t get an email within a few minutes.
