We are confident you’ll love the Active8me programs, but from time to time we understand that there are situations and circumstances that mean you’ll need to cancel.
If you are facing one of these situations then please email us at email@example.com and provide details of your legitimate reason/extenuating circumstances. (Please also confirm your acceptance of our Cancellation Policy). If we agree that you have a legitimate reason or an extenuating circumstance for requesting a cancellation then we will be happy to cancel your membership. Well, in all honestly we won’t be happy – but only because we’d rather have you doing the program with us. We hope though you’ll be back to join us soon when circumstances allow!
If you are on a recurring payment plan the cancellation of your membership will automatically stop all future payments and you will no longer be charged. There will be no refunds for any previous payments as you have had access to site content.
Any cancellation means that you will no longer have access to Active8me unless you sign-up again. Please note: we do not freeze memberships.
