It all depends on you! The program you choose and the experience level you choose during the registration process will ultimately determine the number and intensity of workout you have to do. Having said this, don’t worry, we don’t kill you. The types of workouts vary, with some days being easier than others. Our programs have been expertly crafted to mix both high intensity workouts, low intensity workouts and recovery.
