If you have subscribed through iOS Apple, you will need to renew your membership in the iTunes store, Apple explain how to do this in their support centre here: https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT202039.
Please be aware this can take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account.
If you are unable to log in, we recommend to delete and reinstall the App to your device and try again in a few hours time.
WebApp & Android
If you have subscribed via our WebApp or the Google Play Store, simply log in to your account and you will be invited to 'Manage My Account'. You can now update your payment details and get started with SWK!
