Active8me’s programs can be done from anywhere in the world, and have been designed to be flexible and adaptable for various situations. In fact, we love to see people from all over the world joining the program and connecting, motivating and inspiring each other. Let’s do this fantastic journey together!
Please note: The nutrition plans have a mix of Western and Asian recipes. If you find it difficult to source ingredients for any particular recipes, then feel free to swap meals on the plan or to customise the meal plan as you require. The most important thing is not what individual meals you eat, but making good healthy food decisions. Remember two important things:
- The other 23 hours outside of your workout count even more than the 1 hour you spend working out!
- It isn’t just what you eat, but how much you eat. Don’t forget portion control.
