No, this is a 100% online program where you will be provided with workouts you can do at home, outdoors or at your gym. That said, we do encourage you to find training buddies/partners. Not only will they help you stick to goals, but working out with friends is always more fun.
If you want to do some group training then we say “go for it!”. Whilst our programs are specifically designed for your progression and advancement, the most important thing to us is that you enjoy your exercise. Finding a way to make it a part of your healthy, active lifestyle is where you’ll see results. If that means occasionally skipping one of our expert-curated programs and doing some group training then we’re fine with that.
