Our main core programs always start with a 12 week Transformation Program, customized to the specific program you choose.
This initial 12 week Transformation Program will kickstart your journey and provide you with a powerful and solid foundation on your journey to fitness, healthy living and wellbeing with Active8me. It is the start of what we hope is a lifelong journey of healthy, active living, which is why our programs continue on beyond the 12 weeks. The 12 week Transformation program is just the start.
If you are on the PRO or Platinum plan (ie not the free plan), then you have access to everything Active8me offers - workouts, daily nutrition plans, mindset lessons, tracking, unlimited in-app chat and more.
The focus during this initial 12 week Transformation program is on two main areas:
- Foundation – The program will develop a strong foundation for your long-term success. Building your physical foundation. Forming beneficial habits. Shifting your mindset. Seeing and feeling your overall transformation that will motivate you forward.
- Success Tasks – we ask you to complete a number of Success Tasks in the first week. These tasks are designed to prepare you for success throughout the program. They will get you organised, prepare you mentally, challenge your ability to adopt new habits and ensure familiarity of Active8me’s program. We can’t stress how important these tasks are. In fact, there is an extremely high correlation between members who complete their Kickstarter pre-program tasks and the level of success they achieve in the program. If you are serious about change, these tasks are crucial!
